About

A Multi-Generational Investment Group

Privately owned capital invested across real estate, private credit and global markets.

Alkar Holdings is a privately owned investment group with a multi-generational history in real estate and finance. Over the years, the group has acquired, developed and managed residential and commercial property, provided property-backed bridging finance, and invested across capital and fixed-income markets.

Our mandate is deliberately broad. We allocate family capital across direct property, private credit, public markets and selected investment opportunities, with an emphasis on income generation, capital preservation and long-term value creation.

Today, Alkar oversees family-owned assets and investment interests spanning the United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, United States, Cayman Islands and Singapore. The group remains privately controlled, allowing investment decisions to be made with a long-term perspective rather than around external mandates or short-term performance targets.

Heritage

Three Generations of Private Ownership

The business traces its origins to Nathan Martin Linton, who established the family’s early property and investment interests in Britain. It was subsequently expanded by Norman Linton, with activity broadening across real estate, lending and investment management.

Today, the group continues to be managed as a privately owned family investment business, with Alexander Linton and Benjamin Skinner overseeing its current portfolio and investment activities.
